As this site attracts increasingly the attention of readers around the world, who are willing and able to stand up for law, order and human rights wherever and by who ever these fundamentals of society are being undermined by corrupt state officials. It seems to be a good place to publicize questionable activities by German political parties, the German Government and the German judiciary.-

Since the glorious unification of the two parts of Germany split up after World War II, which was made possible by the weakness of the disintegrating block of communist states on one hand and the especially forgiving and strong support by the other block of free and democratic states the USA and our less enthusiastic European neighbours, the still large, still powerful community of the apparent losers the socialists and communists are infiltrating European societies, especially in Germany.

This subversion is so strong that by now, ten years after Germany started to present itself to the world as the foremost unifying democratic and lawful force for the whole of Europe, it is holding hostage just about everyone of any influence in Germany.

Aside from the dominant inherent German trait of suspicion, envy and denunciation that springs into life whenever and wherever minorities happen to speak up for their rights a new quality has been introduced into society and that is called corruption and black-mailing.

Opportunistic ambitions and oppression, rather than Statesmanship and thoughtfulness, seem to be taking hold of Germanys political leadership of today. The reasons for this trend are not difficult to explain. Whilst traditionally politicians and diplomats recruited themselves from segments of society that mainly had proven their value to society by accomplishments and leadership in their respective fields of profession, these days political leaders by enlarge have no professional credentials other than political experience and are swept into position strictly by virtue of party obedience and showmanship. Election into power than follows merely as an automatic consequence, as the voter usually is given the choice between mediocre and mediocre.

Today, the ethical and educational standard of federal Government officials in Germany of course represents the result of the offering: mediocre.

Whether one looks at the Chancellor, the minister of foreign affairs, the minister of finance - at least he holds the level of a good bookkeeper, in contrast his morality is substandard, or the minister of Labour, who is in the same league, there is not even a trace of outstanding professional accomplishments outside the arena of political babble.

The two most important figures in today's German Government emerged from obscurity as subversive socialistic-communist rioters and cannot claim a day of constructive, professional accomplishment for society outside the political smokescreen. A photo, film and interview documentary, which has been created over a ten-year-period on those two persons, among others and shown on German TV on several occasions, more than proves the point. Both these men have gone through 3 wives each so far and are working on their fourth!
Yet, in Germany, these two persons enjoy top spots in popularity. The reflection this has on a large section of the German population needs no explanation.

There is only one person that presently tops the popularity held by the two personalities above and that is the newly elected leader of the CDU, the Christian Democratic Union, that lost the German general elections in 1998 and finally ran out of tricks to cover up some of it's criminal activities it had cultivated over at least 16 years, the time it held the unchallenged power in the German government.

The popularity of Frau Merkel is equally difficult to substantiate. First, the membership of the political party CDU is predominantly of catholic confession, yet their new Chairman (woman) is a Protestant; second, the new leader is a female, the gender that so far had little say in the parties ranks; and third, the new leader had been CDU party leader in one of the east German states that joined the old "Bundesrepublik" where for one, she was very actively involved in protecting stolen private property from restitution to the rightful owners and instead watched over it's transfer into the coffers of the German Finance Ministry.- Mrs. Merkel furthermore was assistant to the last Prime Minister of the DDR in the "Volkskammer" after that, for years she had been the protégé of the ex Chancellor Dr. Helmut Kohl.

At this point it has to be clarified, that the majority of the political activists from the new German states quietly or otherwise oppose the people of West Germany, regardless which political party they have joined in the meantime.

This is to say, that a person with at least three potent handicaps against herself could win such a position only, because a formerly powerful political party that had come close to extinction grabbed the opportunity to eradicate three of it's most damaging failures:
1. Lost credibility because of continued lying and cheating by a number of top party officials; - the most repulsive lie was an attempt to cover up undisclosed bribe money as inheritances from Jewish families, driven by the speculation that such donations would not be questioned by anyone in Germany. Lost credibility for trying to steal and sell private property of it's own people.
2. The party's shortcomings regarding shared power with female politicians.
3. The party's weak position in three of the five new States, one of which happens to be the home state of the new Party Chairwoman.

The majority of the CDU, over 95%, than voted for the designated new party head, swallowing their pride, their reservations against a woman, their re-servations against a Protestant and a Lady that only recently, under political pressure, had consented to marry her life companion and father of her children.

The lady promised salvation and therefore she was enthroned in jubilation.

With the election of the new image representative, Mrs. Merkel, a new beginning and a stop to all wrong doings of the past was proclaimed all over Germany, brushing aside a number of other deplorable actions taken by the CDU whilst in Government.

High ranking Government officials had lied to the "Bundestag" and the German Supreme Court on several occasions with regard to the supposedly none negotiable precondition by the Soviet Union regarding the reunification treaty for the two Germanys.

Former US President, George Bush, replied with a strong "No", when asked whether the Soviet Union had set such a precondition.

The then President of the Soviet Union, Mr. Michail Gorbatschow, officially and repeatedly rejected the German Governments contention he or his government had set as the precondition to the German reunification, that private property which had been confiscated during the Soviet occupation of Germany should not be returned, as utterly absurd.

Then foreign secretary, Eduard Schewardnadse, of the Soviet Union stated, that not in the Russian Government nor in his ministry had such a precondition ever been discussed or set.

Prof. Dr. Wjatscheslaw Datschitschew, in charge of the coordination of German Politics in the Kremlin at that time stated, that the problem of private property restitution in Germany was seen as the responsibility of the German Government.

Even the State official, who negotiated and signed the Reunification treaty for the then German Democratic Republic, Prof. Dr. Günther Krause stated under oath, that there had never been such a precondition.

Only Chancellor Helmut Kohl and his political servants repeatedly, up to this day, contend that such a precondition existed and that anybody who said otherwise was lying!

Question is, who is telling the truth?

Such proven liars as ex Chancellor Helmut Kohl, ex party head, Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble, ex Minister of the Interior Dr. Manfred Kanther, or ex Minister Bohl and others, or above cited and undisputed dignitaries from around the world.

Fact is, even the German Supreme Court had never questioned the testimony of government officials and disqualified the statements from world leaders as irrelevant to their judgement.

Fact is, that the than President of the German Supreme Court at the time legally advised the last DDR "Volkskammer" as to how securely lock away all stolen private property by changing the German Constitution, which than was followed to the letter in the Unification Treaty and it's retification in the "Bundestag"

When the Reunification Treaty later was challenged before the Supreme Court because of this point, Mr. Roman Herzog used his influence to warrant that the stolen private property in question was ruled unreturnable. Mr. Roman Herzog later bragged about his advice to the "Volkskammer" whilst lecturing law students.
After that Mr. Roman Herzog became the President of Germany.

Since the present situation, the government still holding most of the stolen private property and selling it to mostly "unsuspecting" new owners, provides a welcome addition also to the new Governments Porto Folio and since the new Government represents a socialist-communist ideology, chances are the whole issue will remain as is.

No matter the thousands of citizens, who were expelled from their homes for no reason other, than owning more land or other property than their envious next door neighbour.

No matter the countless citizens, who have lost their lives for no reason other, than owning more land or other property than the brandishing German communist hooligans that roamed the country after the war ended.

No matter the countless citizens who lost their native homeland and all their property and were barred from returning home for 45 years.

No matter all those citizens, who never forgot and kept on hoping that one day they would be allowed to return home, if only trustworthy and honest people like those in their political party the CDU, who they had supported all their lives and who had promised them time and time again: "These criminal acts of ruthless confiscation of private property without compensation would never be tolerated", if only the CDU would have the chance to rectify the situation.

No matter all those citizens, who celebrated the sudden collapse of the wall and the " evil Regime " that had kept them away from their homeland and homes for so long and who without the slightest doubt in their minds prepared to go home, but were stunned in disbelieve, when their own Government turn against them and started inventing lie after lie and law after law erecting a new, an imaginary wall, the cruellest of them all.

Their homes were there, their land was there, they could go and see, they could go home touch and smell, but then they had to leave again.
Of course they realized, wherever there happened to be new owners, who had run those properties for years and had been installed by their government in good fait, there should not and could not be a return other than by mutual agreement between the two parties.
However, surveys quickly revealed, that a good 80% of all the land confiscated 45 years ago was still in the hands of Government. What little land had really been given away to new settlers in a fake "land reform" had long been returned by the settlers, as they mostly had had no interest or ability to cultivate the land and had left. Other land had been taken back by the government by force, to be integrated into large government owned and government run agricultural production units.

No, their Government said:
"This is all ours now, we need your former property to pay for the reunification of the two Germanys, which we figure should not be to much of a burden to the other citizens, who never had to leave their homes, never really lost anything. Besides, you people and disposed owners, you really lost your homes and property for a valid reason, you, at least most of you have supported or even ran the former Nazi Regime and therefore you have no rights to your property anymore."
Of course this was again an opportunistic lie to help the final legalization of the communist thievery, that had happened 45 years ago.

No matter all those people, who knew their property was back under the jurisdiction of their own Government, but who could not have it back just like under the former communist rule, worse even, they had to watch as ownership was and still is finally changing hands under the so called legal protection of a legal democratic Government, to whoever was paying the most money or giving the biggest promises of investment .

No matter all those elderly people, who had gone through the ordeal of being driven away from their homes 45 years ago and now were going through the ordeal of realizing, that they were being cheated again. They died away by the thousands during the last ten years, broken and confused.

The former Chairman of the Christian-Democratic-Union (CDU), who was forced to resign from his position for having lied or, if he may, not having told the truth to Parliament and others repeatedly and who signed the reunification treaty for West Germany on August 30. 1990, later made a mockery of all those people that demanded their lives on their property back, saying that nobody could have known or believed that those Regions would ever be back as part of a reunited Germany and therefore people should not look at it as their property anymore. Himself a lawyer he did not mind to hint at a new dimension of German law by proposing something like equality in injustice.

The law according to Dr. Schäuble: As there are cases that happened during and after World War II, which cannot be reversed or rectified, there is also no obligation to tackle things that could obviously and easily be reversed or rectified.

In his book he wrote as one of the major players in the reunification act, he bragged, that he personally had made a last minute change to the wording of the treaty that regulates an eventual compensation by the Government for lost property. In his opinion it now permits compensation payments of as little as 2% of the real market value as opposed to a 1:1 compen-sation under normal circumstances.

I saved the country billions, he proclaimed.

This is a person who claims deep Christian faith! Who in the meantime has met with a grave personal misfortune, he was shot down during a campaign rally and has to sit in a wheelchair ever since. Fate? Who can tell.

All tunes have been played and all arguments been made in this case of severe governmental misconduct. There is one last group of cases before the Supreme Court, that is awaiting judgement. This judgement, without any doubt, will follow in essence the same arguments of the judgements in the years past. Supreme Courts tend to be sticky, when it comes to reversing their own ruling, especially if the reasons for reversal stem from sloppy research or political preferences.

The above recollections around the case of a large scale thievery by a Government is not meant for German readers, who either are acquainted very well with the case in question and therefore will not learn anything new, or, and that is the vast majority, could not care less what happens to others, especially minorities, as long as they themselves stay in the clear .

Furthermore, most Germans do not like to be reminded of admittedly wrongdoings in the Government, from which they obviously benefit. This is not the only case in that category, but it is by far the most severe of governmental oppression of late in Germany.

This attempt to draw the picture of a historical conspiracy of two German Governments, all political parties, the judiciary system, with a few commendable exceptions, the media, as well as the whole governmental administration and it's affiliates down to local offices of counties and villages, involving millions of Germans, who follow more or less willingly this scheme of deceit, does this sound familiar, will hopefully reach a lot of people abroad, who still can distinguish between right and wrong and as a consequence will be alarmed.

In addition, it might serve as a helpful warning for prospective foreign investors, who contemplate to follow the lure of German Government agencies to invest in German property in one of the new states. They can never be sure, whether those professional agents are selling them stolen property to which one day a person or company might put a claim.
Nobody likes to be accused of having bought stolen property, no matter whether he knew about it or not.

The wrong doings in connection with the Reunification of the two Germany's have now been publicized for nearly ten years and it will be somewhat difficult to play the unsuspecting buyer, who purchased German properties in good faith.
